At Balance Coffee, we want you to love every sip; if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for brewing equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our roasted beans. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for any issues regarding flavor or quality.
Return Process

Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with the appropriate return shipping address for equipment.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our roastery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
